By Head Shape
• Hexagonal Head Bolts: Hexagonal prism heads, tightened with standard open-end or socket wrenches; the most widely used type.
• Hex Socket Cap Screws: Cylindrical heads with an internal hexagonal recess, driven by hex keys; ideal for confined installation spaces.
• Special variants: Countersunk head, round head, square head, etc. Countersunk fasteners sit flush with the workpiece surface after installation.
By Material
• Carbon Steel: Low cost with decent mechanical strength, widely applied in general machinery assemblies.
• Stainless Steel: Grades including 304 and 316, featuring superior corrosion resistance; suited for chemical equipment, marine facilities and outdoor installations.
• Alloy Steel: High-strength grades such as Class 10.9 and 12.9 for heavy-load working conditions.
• Engineering Plastics: Non-conductive and non-magnetic, primarily used in medical devices and electronic & communication equipment.
By Strength Grade
• Ordinary Bolts: Grade 4.8, designed for low-load temporary connections.
• High-Strength Bolts: Grades 8.8 and 10.9, adopted for permanent connections in steel structures, bridges and similar projects.
Special Assembled Fasteners
• Three-piece Combination Bolts: Pre-assembled with a spring washer and flat washer for quick mounting and reliable anti-loosening performance.
