The total investment of the project is 612 million yuan. Situated on the east side of Qianyi Avenue in Cheng'an Economic Development Zone, it covers a land area of 100 mu with a total construction area of approximately 67,500 square meters. The project mainly consists of production workshops, warehousing centers, R&D centers, comprehensive office buildings and supporting facilities.Around 950 sets of new equipment have been purchased, including one-shot roll forming machines, automatic packaging machines, fully automatic laser cutting machines, intelligent CNC stamping presses, slitting machines, injection molding machines, fully automatic cold heading machines, tapping machines, thread rolling machines, intelligent industrial robots and testing equipment.Upon full operation, the project will have an annual production capacity of 800,000 sets of new prefabricated supports and hangers for photovoltaic and seismic applications, 43,000 tons of supporting precision components and 32,000 tons of fasteners. It is projected to generate an annual sales revenue of 1.2 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of 34 million yuan, creating 470 new jobs. The investment intensity reaches 6.12 million yuan per mu, tax revenue 340,000 yuan per mu, and 5 jobs per mu.

1. High-end construction standards
The production workshops are built in line with the standards of first-class modern factories nationwide. The floors are treated with emery hardening and grinding, presenting a neat and elegant appearance. In terms of manufacturing equipment, we adopt high automation as the core standard. Advanced domestic automated production equipment such as one-shot roll forming machines and intelligent CNC punching machines are deployed to build fully automated production lines.
2. Complete industrial chain
Endowed with strong capabilities, the company boasts full-industry-chain production capacity for prefabricated supports and hangers. We can provide customized design solutions of support and hanger systems for various end customers. We independently process and manufacture supporting products including U-shaped and C-shaped steel structural parts, high-strength bolts, nuts, screws, threaded rods, ground piles, bases, tension rods and suspension rods. The entire production and supporting process is completed within the plant, which greatly cuts costs and improves product quality.

Our new-type prefabricated supports, hangers, supporting parts and structural components are widely used in new energy, construction, utility tunnel, transportation and other fields. We have established cooperative relations with major enterprise groups including China Railway Group, PowerChina, China Communications Construction Company and Hangxiao Steel Structure.
